Warranty
Every Wholesale Sensors product is backed by a limited warranty of 12–24 months on most products (some products carry longer coverage — see the individual product page). The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and applies after the marketplace return window has closed. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and does not reset when a replacement is sent.
What’s covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Electrical or functional failure during normal operation
- Products that arrive damaged or dead on arrival
What’s not covered
- Installation or wiring errors; physical damage or misuse
- Use outside the product’s rated specifications
- Normal wear and tear
Approved claims
Approved warranty claims receive a replacement at no charge. In some cases we may send a prepaid return label so we can inspect the failed unit.
How to make a warranty claim
Email sales@wholesale-sensors.com or call 480-868-2401, and include:
- Where you purchased (our website, Amazon, eBay, or Walmart) and your order number
- Your full ship-to address
- Photos of the part and a description of the issue
- Roughly how long the part worked before failing
Many sensor issues turn out to be installation-related — our USA-based team can often help you troubleshoot before a replacement is needed.
Purchased on Amazon, eBay, or Walmart?
Your warranty is honored no matter where you bought the product. Within the marketplace’s return window, use the marketplace’s return process; after it closes, this warranty applies — just contact us with your marketplace order ID.
