Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders ship from our facility in the USA. Orders placed on business days (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view tracking from your account dashboard.
  • Delivery estimates: Most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days of shipping, depending on the service selected.

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Defective items are handled under our warranty policy at any point during the warranty period — no 30-day limit applies.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Marketplace orders

If you purchased through Amazon, eBay, or Walmart, please start your return through that marketplace’s return process — their return windows and shipping labels apply. Warranty coverage still applies to marketplace purchases; see our warranty page.
