1. Who We Are & Acceptance of These Terms

Wholesale Sensors is operated by Phoenix Sensors LLC ("Wholesale Sensors," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of wholesale-sensors.com and any purchase you make through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & Compatibility

We sell OEM replacement pressure and temperature sensors, wiring harnesses, and related components. Brand and model names (such as Samsung, Whirlpool, GE, Pentair, Carrier, and others) are used solely to identify compatibility. Wholesale Sensors is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these manufacturers; all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You are responsible for confirming that a part is compatible with your equipment before installation. Our support team is happy to help — contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout applies to your order.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
• Payment is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store your card details.
• You agree to provide accurate, current billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Shipping timelines and our 30-day return policy are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Products are covered by our Limited Warranty (12–24 months on most products) against defects in materials and workmanship. Both policies form part of these Terms. Orders placed on Amazon, eBay, or Walmart are additionally subject to that marketplace's terms and return process.

5. Order Emails & Review Invitations

When you place an order, you consent to receive transactional emails about that order — including order confirmation, shipping and delivery notifications, warranty communications, and a follow-up email inviting you to review the product(s) you purchased.

Review invitations relate directly to your purchase and are not marketing newsletters. You can stop receiving them at any time using the unsubscribe/opt-out link included in the email or by contacting us. Where your local law requires explicit consent for review reminders, we will only send them if you have given that consent (for example, via a checkbox at checkout).

6. Product Reviews & Other User Content

If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our store and products. You agree not to submit content that is false, unlawful, infringing, or offensive, and you confirm your reviews reflect your genuine experience. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

7. Safe Installation

Many of our products connect to electrical systems, gas appliances, or pressurized equipment. Installation should be performed in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's instructions and applicable codes, and by a qualified technician where required. Always disconnect power before servicing equipment. We provide product support and compatibility guidance, but we are not responsible for improper installation.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY DESCRIBED ON OUR WARRANTY PAGE, PRODUCTS AND THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM A PRODUCT OR YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (SUCH AS DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, LOST FOOD, OR LOST PROFITS).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or damage limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual Property

The content of this site — text, product descriptions, photos, logos, and design — belongs to Phoenix Sensors LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply to orders placed after the revision date; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
